A Brief History
Long ago before the clans we know today existed there were four other clans: Thunderclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan and Windclan. Within in two of these four clans lived two young cats, Frostfeather of Shadowclan and Moortail of Windclan. After meeting at a gathering the two really hit it off, at first the two of them only met at gatherings until the time apart grew unbearable and they met at The Fourtrees. For a very long time it seemed magical they would play, laugh and lay under the sky watching the stars and they would wonder "Why would something so wonderful be so bad?" Soon tensions became high between Shadowclan and Winclan, as Shadowclan attempted to drive out Windclan from their territory. The battle was gruesome and many Windclan lives were lost. Soon Moortail ran to The Four Trees knowing his beloved Frostfeather would be there too. Together they wept for the lost they had suffered not just of the lives of their clanmates but for the knowledge that they could not stay in the forest and still be together. Together the lovers ran far away, they had many kits and even befriended some rogues and kittypets.
When the two passed their was much dispute between everyone who joined their now large family (whether related by blood or not) who should lead them. There were four cats: Dog, Pine, Oak and Minnow. Soon Minnow decided she was fed up with fighting and formed a group of her own Creekclan and she soon changed her name to Creekstar after her new clan. Pine claimed the forest and followed in Minnows footsteps and changed his name Thrushstar after his new clan Thrushclan. Oak did the same thing forming Pebbleclan. Dog having no other choice formed his own clan on the moore naming the clan after himself instead of changing his name.
Soon when the first Greenleaf arrived they noticed something strange twolegs wielding long pieces of wood with shiny rocks. They'd make a loud noise and when aimed at an animal it could wound or kill it. The twolegs mostly went after deer, rabbits, bears and foxes; most of the animals hunted were nuisances
to the cats but soon cats went missing and their bloodied corpses were found with a few metal rocks in them and soon some cats came back gravel injured or at least scared half to death. That's when they experienced their first twoleg hunting season.
